Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a agile, analytical, and business-oriented professional who can work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, evaluate business performance, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business strategies and long-term growth plans.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.
- Evaluate real estate projects, investment opportunities, and project feasibility.
- Drive business planning, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare management reports, strategic presentations, and business dashboards.




- Support senior management in strategic decision-making and business expansion.

Qualification Required: B.E. Civil Engineering + MBA in Finance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of real estate development, construction economics, and project feasibility.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business insights into actionable strategies.
