Position: International Voice Process Associate
Process: US Taxation – Form 1040
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)
Salary: Attractive Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US-based clients.
- Explain US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040).
- Coordinate tax document collection.
- Handle client queries and follow-ups.
- Achieve calling and document collection targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Positive pronunciation and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
