APVAA DIGITAL is looking for a responsible and organised HR & Admin Executive to manage daily office administration, recruitment coordination and employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to coordinate office operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily office administration and operations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee attendance and records.
- Handle employee communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain office documents and administrative reports.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.




- Support the team with daily coordination activities.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Sheets.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate interviews and manage schedules.
- Responsible, punctual and professional attitude.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
