Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
- Additional Allowance: ₹3,000 (for Two Wheeler candidates with a valid driving licence)
- Total Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (Salary increments based on individual performance)

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Graduate (Any Degree).or 12 th
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Positive communication and training skills.
- Willingness to travel to different outlets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Train newly joined outlet employees.
- Explain and implement Kaappi Ready Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).




- Conduct practical training on beverage preparation and outlet operations.
- Monitor employee performance during training.
- Ensure all outlets follow company SOP standards.
- Conduct outlet visits and provide staff training support.

Required Skills
- Training and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination.
- Willingness to travel across Coimbatore outlets.
