ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Crossing Infotech is inviting applications for the position of Account Executive Intern. This internship is suitable for individuals interested in business operations, account management, client coordination, and sales support. Interns will gain practical exposure to maintaining client records, preparing business reports, and supporting day-to-day account-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in maintaining and updating client and account records.
- Support communication and coordination with existing clients.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and account summaries.
- Track client requirements, follow-ups, and pending activities.
- Assist with preparing proposals and business documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests.
- Maintain organized records of business transactions and interactions.
- Support account management and business development activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.




- Professional approach to client communication.
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Interest in business operations and relationship management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Students or graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business documentation is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales and account management is beneficial.
- Freshers interested in client servicing and business operations are welcome.
