Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Parts Fulfilment

Manage spare parts inventory, stock availability and Management

Monitor minimum, maximum, and safety stock levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.

Coordinate with service & Dealers to meet Parts Requirements

Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.

Manage inbound and outbound spare parts operations, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure timely fulfilment of spare parts orders for dealers and service centres.

Manage warranty-returned parts, field-failure components, and defective material.

Ensure proper packing, documentation, invoice preparation, and delivery tracking

Coordinate transportation, courier services, reverse pickups, and material transfers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile, or MBA Supply Chain Management.

Experience 2 to 5 Years in automotive OEM, Tire 1 Industry Logistics & warehouse operations.

Knowledge of SAP MM/SD, Oracle ERP, or equivalent inventory management systems.

Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup formulas etc
