VMC Operator Halten Tools India Private Limited
Location: Bhosari, Pune
Role & responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machines as per drawings and production requirements.
- Set tools and offsets, monitor tool wear, and maintain machining accuracy.
- Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain production records, machine cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI Machinist, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant machining experience.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in VMC operation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances, cutting tools, and basic CNC G/M codes.
- Responsible, quality-focused, and willing to work with the production team.
- Immediate joining or joining within 15 days preferred.
