US Process Associate

Job Location: KPHB, Hyderabad

Work Timings: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Gender: Male and Female Candidates

Mandatory Bond: 6 Months (Till April 2027)

Transportation: No Cab Facility

We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for the position of US Process Associate. Candidates should have good English communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts and making calls to US clients to convert leads.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US clients and follow up on leads to convert them into potential customers.
- Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
- Assist with US direct tax compliance, including Federal, Domestic, International, State, and Local taxation.




- Handle lead follow-ups and support client conversion activities.
- Attend training on US, Canadian, and Indian taxation.
- Receive salary during the training period.

Required Skills

- Valuable English communication skills.
- Willingness to make calls to US clients and convert leads.
- Flexibility to work night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Comfortable with a mandatory 6-month bond until April 2027.
- Ability to commute independently, as no cab facility is provided.
- Willingness to learn taxation processes.
