We are looking for confident, target-oriented Telesales Executives to connect with prospective customers, explain loan products, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain financial products in simple language.
- Positive listening, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to work towards targets.
