Role & responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and live surveillance feeds.
- Identify suspicious activities and unusual movements.
- Report security incidents immediately to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily monitoring records and incident reports.
- Monitor multiple CCTV screens simultaneously.
- Follow company security procedures and protocols.
- Alert base monitoring.
- Observe video feeds from banks CCTV Cameras.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Required Skills:

- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Positive observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain daily records and incident reports.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience:

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates with prior CCTV monitoring, surveillance or control room experience will be preferred.
