Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician with 2-4 years of experience in the elevator industry. The candidate will be responsible for elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown handling, repairs and ensuring the safe and smooth operation of elevators.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance and servicing of elevators.
2. Attend elevator breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting.
3. Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance as per the scheduled plan.
5. Inspect elevator components, including motors, controllers, doors, sensors and safety devices.
6. Ensure elevators are functioning safely and efficiently.
7. Attend customer complaints and provide timely service support.
8. Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
9.



Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
10. Coordinate with the service team and report major technical issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills
- 24 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance or servicing.
- Basic knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of elevator troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with elevator maintenance and servicing.
- Knowledge of elevator safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and handle service calls.
