We Are Hiring for Two Different Positions!

1. Digital Marketing Specialist Google Ads

Location: Gurgaon / Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: 6.58 LPA

Interview: Virtual

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Video.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rates.
- Perform keyword research and manage bidding strategies.
- Optimize ad copies, audience targeting and campaign budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Work with global advertisers to achieve campaign objectives.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Google Ads Campaign Management.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEM and Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of Search Ads and Display Campaigns.
- Google Analytics, Keyword Research and Bid Management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

2. Customer Service / Customer Support Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Interview: Virtual

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.




- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally within defined timelines.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / BPO.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Common Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory for both positions.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
