We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.

- Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates.

- Utilize Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other sourcing channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.

- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.

- Negotiate salary, manage candidate expectations and support offer closures.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.

- Good knowledge of IT skills and technical hiring.

- Robust sourcing, screening and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
