Achieving monthly hiring targets

Managing candidate engagement and joining process

Requirements:

- Fresher can apply or Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience
- Experience in BPO hiring will be an added advantage
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment
- Graduation is mandatory
