Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor hospital infrastructure, construction, renovation, and expansion projects, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with applicable safety and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor hospital construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal hospital departments.

- Manage project budgets, BOQs, material procurement, and cost control.

- Oversee MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and medical gas pipeline systems.

- Coordinate installation and commissioning of hospital equipment and infrastructure.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable statutory requirements.





- Monitor project progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure timely completion.

- Prepare project progress reports and maintain project documentation.

- Coordinate with hospital departments to minimize disruption to daily operations.

- Ensure smooth project handover upon completion.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and execution skills.

- Knowledge of hospital infrastructure and MEP services.

- Budgeting, BOQ preparation, and cost control.

- Vendor and contractor management.

- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
