Role & responsibilities:-

- Inspection &
- Testing:

Examine incoming raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products using precision measuring tools, visual checks, and non-destructive testing (NDT).

- Process &

- System Monitoring:

Verify that manufacturing, fabrication, or construction workflows comply with quality management frameworks like ISO 9001 or industry standards.

- Defect &

- Root-Cause Analysis:

Investigate product failures, run root-cause investigations (such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa/fishbone diagrams, or 8D reports), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/NCR).

- Documentation &

- Reporting:

Maintain detailed inspection logs, calibration records, test certificates, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for audits and traceability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with production teams, design engineers, suppliers, and external clients to resolve quality disputes and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Continuous Improvement: Promote quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (error-proofing), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
