- Managing daily OPD operations and ensuring smooth patient flow and quality patient services.

- Driving appropriate OPD-to-IPD conversion through effective coordination with consultants and clinical departments.

- Contributing to hospital revenue growth through improved OPD footfall, IPD admissions, diagnostics, pharmacy and healthcare services.

- Coordinating with doctors, nursing, billing, TPA, front office and other departments for seamless operations.

- Monitoring patient satisfaction, handling grievances and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.

- Tracking daily operational KPIs, revenue performance, patient admissions and departmental productivity.

- Ensuring efficient utilization of hospital resources, beds and manpower.

- Daily MIS

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management.

- Experience in hospital operations, OPD and IPD management.

- Robust skills in OPD-to-IPD conversion and revenue enhancement.

- Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of hospital billing, TPA and HIS operations.

- Target-oriented with strong patient-handling abilities.
