Role & responsibilities
- Engage with customers as per contact policy and promote digital banking.
- Resolve queries accurately and deepen relationships through crosssell.
- Achieve portfolio targets and drive sales across product segments.
- Maintain high interaction quality and accurate call documentation.
- Follow audit guidelines and ensure timely, errorfree transactions.
- Submit MIS, customer reviews, and reports on time.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate Any stream.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking products.
- Intrested in sales.
