Job Overview

We are looking for skilled, customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidates should have prior experience in international customer support, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while handling diverse customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and escalations.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Achieve performance targets while maintaining service quality.
- Demonstrate excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process or International Customer Support.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication (C1 level).
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with international customers.




- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and positive typing speed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
