Role: Branch Operation Executive (Vendor Payroll).

Departments : Human Resource.

Qualification: Graduate/PG.

You will be responsible for

- Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

- Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction programs.

- Employee Engagement Help organize employee welfare activities, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.

- Collect feedback and assist in improving workplace culture.

- HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
- Support in drafting HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

- Assist in audits and compliance reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Any Graduate
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
