Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in BFSI sales hiring or non-IT recruitment (preferably).
- Bachelor's degree in Computers
- Robust understanding of B2C sales principles and practices; ability to apply this knowledge during the interview process.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
