Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, calling, and initial telephonic interviews.
- Maintain employee HR records.
- Support day-to-day HR operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organisational abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
