Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle, identify qualified IT professionals, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other recruitment portals.
3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
4. Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
5. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
6. Negotiate salary packages and discuss joining dates.
7. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
8. Coordinate offer releases, documentation, and joining formalities.
9. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Ensure timely closure of open positions within the defined recruitment timelines.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and candidate requirements.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to work with multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for technical roles such as Software Developers, IT Support, Cloud, Networking, Server & Storage, and Infrastructure.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
