This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels (phone) addressing their travel-related inquiries, and assisting with bookings, cancellations, and changes to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information to customer
- Process transactions and maintain customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Graduate/ Graduation Drop Out are eligible
- Prior experience in customer support profile preferred




- Solid communication, interpersonal skills and excellent thought process
- Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
- Good Typing Speed
- GDS experience/knowledge mandatory
- Call Handling Etiquette
- 5 days working in 247 rotational shifts .
- 2 rotational week offs.
