Role Objective:

Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Corporate Office by attracting and hiring quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and regional hiring needs.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and recruitment execution.
- Manage offer rollouts, candidate negotiations, joining formalities, and background verification.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs and internal processes.

Preferred Experience: 1-4 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in corporate hiring. Thanks & Regards,
