Role & responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Sales

- Acquire current SA/CA/TD/Liability accounts from catchment, walk-ins & market outreach.
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, field activities, and internal databases.
- Drive daily/monthly sales targets and meet productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure quality sourcing & proper account activation as per defined guidelines.

2. Portfolio Management & Relationship Deepening

- Manage Classic/Preferred customer portfolios and enhance wallet share.
- Conduct regular customer contact to identify needs and crosssell opportunities.
- Prevent attrition by monitoring transactions, closures, and retaining key relationships.

3. CrossSell & Revenue Growth

- Crosssell Loans (PL/HL/BL/TWL), Credit Cards, Demat, MF, Insurance, and other retail products.
- Meet IPH benchmarks and overall branch crosssell ratios.

4. Customer Service & Complaint Resolution

- Deliver highquality onboarding & service experience.
- Resolve customer complaints within defined TAT; follow preventive complaint management.
- Promote digital channels (Mobile Banking, NetBanking, BillPay).

5. Branch Operations & Compliance





- Adhere to KYC/AML guidelines for all acquisitions & servicing.
- Ensure errorfree documentation, locker operations, standing instructions, and daily schedules.
- Support branch operations including vault/teller supervision when required.
- Follow audit, risk, regulatory & bank policy compliance.

6. Lead Fulfillment & CRM Management

- Fulfill CASA & product leads generated by all verticals.
- Update CRMNext/CRM tools for profiling, call planning, interactions & lead status.

7. Branch Business Support (For BMaligned responsibilities)

- Contribute to overall branch targets, profitability & business objectives.
- Support branch merchandising, customer meets & local marketing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers OR candidates with up to 8 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Fintech, Telecom, Retail or other customer-facing sales roles.
- Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in Sales are encouraged to apply.
