Venue: Bharti Airtel Ltd. Infinity Think Tank, Salt Lake Sector V, Tower 1, 4th Floor, Kolkata 700091

Eligibility Criteria:

- Any graduate with a minimum of 1 year of mandatory experience in a B2B field sales role
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid Driving License (DL)
- Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply
- Age Limit : 33 Years

Compensation: Up to 7 LPA (including 15% variable pay)

Purpose of the Role:

100% field sales role focused on acquiring current SMB customers by conducting building scans, generating leads, meeting clients, and selling telecom solutions such as Internet, MPLS, Cloud, Postpaid, Broadband, and Fixed Line.

Key Responsibilities:





- Regular field visits and building scanning for lead generation.
- Meet business owners and decisionmakers to understand requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling and direct client interaction.
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate documentation/service activation.
- Tracks daily field activities, leads, and closures.
