- Procure pharmaceutical packing materials such as printed cartons, labels, foils, bottles, caps, tubes, and other packaging components.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Stores departments.
- Ensure packing materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Follow up on pending orders and maintain proper purchase records.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely availability of packing materials.
