Production Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities (1 Year Experience)
Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
Allocate manpower and assign work to operators.
Monitor stamping press machines and production activities.
Ensure proper die setting and machine operation.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Identify defects such as burrs, cracks, dents, and dimensional variations.
Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance.
Maintain production reports, rejection records, and downtime reports.
Ensure material availability and minimize scrap.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
Ensure proper shift handover and follow production schedules.

Key Skills: Stamping process knowledge, die basics, drawing reading, Vernier caliper, micrometer, 5S, safety, and production reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
