Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant

Glora Diamonds is looking for an experienced jewellery sales qualified with expertise in customised traditional diamond jewellery. You’ll guide customers through bridal and occasion purchases, help bring their design ideas to life, and deliver a warm, personalised showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customers’ preferences, occasions and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.
Handle customisation enquiries for traditional diamond jewellery, including open and closed settings.
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
Explain gold purity, diamond specifications, making charges and price breakdowns confidently.
Build lasting customer relationships through attentive service and timely follow-ups.
Manage showroom and WhatsApp enquiries,



maintain accurate customer records and work towards sales targets.
Support visual merchandising and the presentation of jewellery in the showroom.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in jewellery sales, particularly diamond and bridal jewellery.
Robust expertise in customised traditional diamond jewellery.
Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills.
Confidence in managing high-value purchases and guiding customers from consultation to delivery.
Tamil and English proficiency; additional South Indian languages are an advantage.
Experience with lab-grown diamond jewellery is a bonus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
