Key Responsibilities
Site Inspections & Testing: Conduct daily inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works. Monitor material sampling, concrete mix design trials, and NDT testing.
Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive records, including material testing checklists, concrete cube registers, rejected material registers, and as-built drawings.
Non-Conformance Management: Identify deviations from plans, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
Quality Plan Implementation: Implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Quality Management Systems.
Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards during construction.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
