Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Telesales Executive / Inbound Sales Executive with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales operations for government projects across 6 states of India.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound telesales calls related to government projects.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and registered partners.
Explain project details, products, and services to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads, maintain customer records, and generate sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.




Manage daily calling activities and provide regular sales updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Must be fluent in either Bengali or Hindi; robust proficiency in at least one of these languages is essential.
Valuable communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Must be smart, presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
Basic English communication and computer knowledge preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates may both apply.
