Glisten Infotech India LLP is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT software sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT software and technology services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to offer suitable software solutions.
Conduct client meetings, sales discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Generate leads, acquire recent clients, and drive project closures.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications




Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT software sales or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client-handling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Valuable understanding of IT services, software solutions, and sales processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel to Dubai in the future, based on business requirements.
