Job Summary

We are looking for a Supplier Engineering Coordinator for a market-leading automotive company. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely submission of drawings, technical documents, project updates, and engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal engineering teams for project activities.
Follow up with vendors for timely submission of engineering drawings and technical documents.
Track supplier deliverables, project milestones, and pending activities.
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and regular status reports.
Coordinate engineering review meetings and monitor action-item closures.
Support drawing reviews, PPAP documentation,



and engineering release activities.
Identify delays or technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Ensure smooth communication between suppliers and cross-functional departments.

Required Skills
3–7 years of experience in automotive engineering or vendor coordination.
Valuable understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Solid vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Teamcenter / PLM systems is preferred.
Exposure to automotive product development and suspension components will be an advantage.
