BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – JOB ROLE
Identify and develop recent business opportunities to achieve company sales and revenue targets.
Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Coordinate property/site visits, explain project details, and follow up with clients to convert leads into bookings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and client service.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
Represent the company professionally and contribute to brand promotion and business growth.
Valuable communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
