Brand Maker is a Digital Marketing, Software & Business Automation company helping businesses grow through digital marketing, lead generation, websites, CRM, ERP and business automation solutions.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage paid advertising campaigns, generate quality leads and optimize campaign performance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Manage lead-generation, WhatsApp enquiry and sales campaigns.
Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and targeting.
Test ad creatives, copy, audiences and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign metrics, including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and advertising performance.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos and campaign assets.
Track leads, campaign budgets and conversions.
Prepare regular performance reports and share campaign insights with the internal team.
Manage multiple client campaigns and meet deadlines.

Required Skills
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of Google Ads and paid advertising strategies.
Knowledge of lead-generation funnels,



retargeting and A/B testing.
Understanding of campaign performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
Analytical thinking, communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage advertising budgets responsibly.

Eligibility
6 months–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with robust practical knowledge and demonstrable results may also apply.
Previous agency experience will be an advantage.
Candidates should be able to explain their campaign strategy and optimization process.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed monthly salary: ₹12,000.
Additional incentives: Based on performance and achievement of predefined targets.
