Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead a team of customer service executives in a fast-paced call centre setting. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling teams, and the ability to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Care Executives.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Maintain quality standards and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and share daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with management to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance, and shift schedules.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Centre/BPO
Comfortable working in Evening and Night Shifts
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
