Job Title: Sales Engineer – Hydraulic Seals

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune. Freshers with robust technical knowledge and interest in hydraulics, sealing solutions, industrial products, or fluid power systems are encouraged to apply. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, customer coordination, technical discussions, and sales support for hydraulic seals and sealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and support new business opportunities for hydraulic seals and sealing solutions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sealing products.

Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth order execution.

Support after-sales activities and customer issue resolution.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and recent opportunities.

Assist senior sales team in achieving sales targets and business growth.





Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fluid Power, Industrial Products, or Sealing Solutions can apply.

Basic knowledge of hydraulic seals, sealing systems, hydraulic cylinders, or industrial applications preferred.

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
