Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.





Requirements
0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/Tamil is an advantage.
Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
