Prepare the operating room, sterile instruments, surgical trays, and supplies before surgery.
Perform surgical hand scrubbing and maintain strict sterile techniques.
Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing instruments, sutures, and other required materials.
Maintain the sterile field and ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts before, during, and after surgery.
Check the sterility and integrity of surgical instruments and supplies.
Coordinate with circulating nurses, surgeons, anesthetists, and other OT staff.
Handle surgical specimens appropriately and ensure proper labelling and handover.
Report any breach in sterile technique, equipment malfunction, or patient safety concern immediately.
Maintain accurate OT records and comply with hospital policies and NABH standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
