Positive knowledge of specimen collection, handling and processing.
Familiarity with centrifugation, sample separation and basic laboratory equipment.
Understanding of aseptic techniques, infection control and biomedical waste management.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.
Positive documentation, record-keeping and organizational skills.
Ability to follow SOPs and maintain patient confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively in a clinical team.
Willingness to learn specialized laboratory workflows related to regenerative medicine.

Preferred Experience
Experience in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, specialty clinic or regenerative medicine centre.
Practical exposure to blood sample processing and centrifuge operation.
Experience maintaining laboratory inventory, equipment logs and quality-control records.
Familiarity with laboratory quality standards and accreditation documentation.
Exposure to PRP or other regenerative medicine-related laboratory workflows.

Freshers with the required qualification and registration may also apply, subject to the centre’s operational requirements.
