We are looking for a agile, dedicated, and experienced F&B; Assistant Manager to oversee and manage our Food & Beverage division.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B; team.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support in achieving departmental targets and revenue goals.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel F&B; operations as an executive .
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety, service standards, and guest relations.
Ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
