HR Recruiter – Fresher

Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection updates.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with documentation and joining formalities.
Work towards assigned recruitment targets.

Requirements
Freshers can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Work Schedule
5.5 working days per week.
Sunday fixed weekly off.
Saturday Work from Home.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
