Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff during restaurant operations.
Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Allocate tables and sections to service staff and monitor their performance.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Explain menu items, ingredients, specials, and promotions to guests.
Ensure correct order delivery, presentation, and adherence to service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when required.
Monitor table turnover, guest waiting time, and service efficiency.
Ensure proper mise-en-place, table setup, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Conduct briefings with service staff before each shift regarding specials, reservations, and operational updates.
Train and guide team members on service procedures, grooming, hygiene, and guest handling.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.




Check bills and coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring guest feedback and improving service quality.
Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, and other service items.
Support upselling and suggestive selling to improve revenue and enhance the guest experience.
