WritingJob Description (JD) – QC Executive

Company: Spunweb Nonwoven Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials and verify quality standards.
Monitor quality during nonwoven fabric production.
Conduct routine quality tests for GSM, thickness, tensile strength, elongation, and other relevant parameters.
Ensure product quality as per customer specifications and internal standards.
Identify, report, and resolve quality deviations and defects.
Maintain QC inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper handling of non-conforming materials and finished products.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with quality procedures,



safety standards, and 5S practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Textile, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in quality control, preferably in the nonwoven or textile industry.
Knowledge of quality testing instruments and inspection methods.
Valuable observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
