We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at the Navi Mumbai Airport Guardian Store. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in skincare or pharmaceutical brands and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, engage, and assist customers in selecting skincare and beauty products that suit their needs.

Demonstrate product knowledge, including benefits, application techniques, and usage guidance.

Drive sales by recommending appropriate products and upselling where suitable.

Maintain excellent grooming standards and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Ensure product displays, counters, and shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

Stay updated on current product launches, industry trends, and competitor activity.





Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working with a skincare or pharmaceutical brand.

Strong product knowledge in skincare and wellness categories.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Pleasant personality with positive grooming standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as per airport store schedules.
