Role : Production In-Charge (Commercial RMC Plant)

Department: Production

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate

Experience: –3 to 8 years in RMC industry, with relevant plant production experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete day-to-day operations of the commercial RMC batching plant.

Plan and execute daily production as per customer orders and dispatch schedules.

Ensure timely production and supply of all concrete grades.

Control cement, aggregate, sand, fly ash, GGBS and admixture consumption.

Monitor actual vs. theoretical material consumption and control wastage.

Coordinate with QC, Sales, Dispatch, Maintenance and Transport departments.

Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity,



manpower and machinery.

Monitor batching accuracy, plant performance and breakdowns.

Maintain daily production, consumption, stock and cost reports.

Ensure safety, housekeeping and discipline at the plant.

Required Skills

Practical knowledge of RMC batching plant operations.

Knowledge of concrete mix design and material consumption.

Production planning and cost control.

Manpower management and team handling.

Valuable coordination and MIS reporting skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
