Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and other lead-generation channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Teams, Business Heads and decision-makers.
Acquire recent clients for Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, RPO and IT Services & Consulting.
Understand client hiring requirements and business needs to propose suitable recruitment and staffing solutions.
Conduct client meetings, business presentations and commercial discussions.
Prepare and share proposals,



quotations, presentations and commercial agreements with prospective clients.
Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate commercials and drive opportunities towards closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Client Acquisition.
Candidates must preferably have experience in Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services or Consulting organizations.
Valuable understanding of Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, Recruitment Services and IT Hiring.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition and account development.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, MS Excel and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
