Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head with proven expertise in HRMS software sales, B2B lead generation, lead conversion, and sales pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end lead generation and sales strategies.
Generate and convert high-quality B2B leads.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to closure.
Identify current markets and business prospects.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Build long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics.
