We are looking for a well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Toyota dealership. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling enquiries, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers and visitors visiting the dealership.
Attend incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the respective Sales or Service departments.
Maintain visitor records and customer enquiry details.
Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and CRM teams.
Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
Manage appointments and inform concerned executives about customer visits.
Maintain front-desk cleanliness and a qualified environment.
Assist with basic administrative and documentation work.




Ensure excellent customer service and a positive first impression of the dealership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Positive telephone etiquette and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
